Overview

AI Pet Portraits ("we", "us", or the "Service") is an independently operated web service available at www.aipetportrats.com. This policy explains the information processed when you browse the site, create an account, upload a pet photo, generate an image, make a purchase, or contact support.

Information we process

Account and support information

We may process your name, email address, authentication provider identifier, account settings, support messages, and records needed to secure and administer your account. Do not send us passwords or full payment-card numbers by email.

Uploaded photos and generated images

We process photos you choose to upload, generation settings, prompts, generated images, and technical metadata needed to perform and troubleshoot the requested generation. You should upload only images you own or are authorized to use and should remove unnecessary sensitive information before uploading.

Uploaded and generated files may remain in service storage so that we can deliver results, show account history, prevent abuse, and resolve support requests. Retention depends on account state, operational needs, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Usage, device, and log data

We may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region derived from IP, timestamps, error reports, security events, and interactions with Service features. We use this information for security, reliability, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement.

Payment information

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown during checkout. We receive transaction identifiers, product or plan, amount, currency, payment status, and limited billing details needed for accounting and support. We do not intentionally store a complete payment-card number or card security code on our servers.

Service providers and data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service, fulfill a request, protect users, comply with law, or complete a business transaction. Depending on the feature and active configuration, providers may include:

  • authentication providers, including Google sign-in;
  • AI processing providers, which may include Google Gemini, Replicate, fal.ai, or Kie.ai;
  • object-storage and hosting providers, which may include Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3-compatible storage, and Vercel;
  • payment providers, which may include Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, or Creem;
  • email and customer-support providers;
  • analytics providers, including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics; and
  • advertising providers, including Google AdSense.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or transfer the Service as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies, analytics, and Google advertising

The Service and its partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to keep you signed in, remember settings, protect the Service, measure usage, and serve or measure advertising.

Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers as a result of ads being served or measured on this site. Google may use information from this site together with information from other sites or apps in accordance with How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Where required, we use a consent mechanism to request choices before using non-essential advertising or analytics storage. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be shown a Google-certified consent-management message. You can revisit available privacy choices through the consent controls shown on the site or through browser controls. Disabling cookies may affect some features.

Advertising and sensitive information

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, uploaded photo filenames containing personal data, or other directly identifying information to Google in an ad request. We do not use Google advertising products to create personalized advertising audiences based on sensitive information or child-directed activity.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform the service you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and improvement, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also opt out of certain advertising uses through the consent interface, browser settings, or Google's Ads Settings.

To make a request, email support@aipetportrats.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting. Some records may be retained where required for security, payments, dispute resolution, or law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
