Understand pet portrait credits before you buy
Credit packages pay for AI generation usage. Compare the credit amount, price and terms on the package cards, then check the generation cost in the creator. You receive digital images, not a printed or hand-painted portrait.

- Check the cost shown in the creator for your selected settings. Credits do not guarantee a particular number of portraits you will keep.
- Separate services
- Printing, framing and delivery are not part of the credit package. Check a printer separately before planning a physical gift.
Questions about credits and downloads
How many pet portraits can I make with a package?
Divide the included credits by the displayed cost per generation to estimate the number of generations at those settings. A generation is not the same as a portrait you decide to keep. You may need more than one version to find a result you like.
Are changes and extra versions free?
Creating another version is another generation. Review the displayed credit cost before continuing; a package does not mean unlimited revisions. For a technical problem with a generation, contact support.
Does a larger credit package guarantee a larger image?
Do not infer image resolution from a package name or its credit amount. Review the available generation settings and the actual downloaded file dimensions. A larger credit balance does not itself guarantee a specific print size or image quality.
Where can I check purchase terms or ask about an order?
Review the selected package, checkout and Terms of Service before paying. Use the Contact page for order questions or technical problems. These credit explanations do not replace the purchase or refund terms.
Do purchased credits expire?
Check the validity shown on the selected package and review its purchase terms before paying. The credit activity in your account records any applicable expiry. Do not assume that a one-time purchase means credits never expire.
What should I do if a generation fails?
Check the task status and credit activity before starting another generation. A delay is not necessarily a failure. For a failed task or an unexpected charge, contact support with the task or order reference; never send your password or full payment-card details.
